Italian Defense Chief Predicts Iranian Retaliation
(MENAFN) A potent Iranian retaliation against American assets now appears exceedingly probable, Italian Defence Minister Guido Crosetto cautioned on Sunday.
During an interview with a broadcaster, Crosetto explained that the United States’ airborne assaults on three Iranian nuclear facilities have fundamentally altered the strategic landscape.
“A much bigger crisis opens up,” he said.
The minister underscored that an intense counter-blow from Tehran aimed at every American objective is now extremely likely.
